CONQUER THE PEAK OF MUSCLE
The main goal is to help your character reach a certain muscle threshold before time runs out. Each competition sets a specific target for the amount of Gains required. If you fail to hit this number, your character won't be eligible to compete. However, training isn't just about lifting heavy weights constantly. You need to balance different muscle groups like biceps, chest, back, and especially glutes. With every victory, you receive prize money and valuable items to upgrade yourself. So, you can advance further in your professional bodybuilding career.
GAME FLOW
This game operates on a deck-building mechanic combined with turn-based strategy. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a row of cards representing exercises, supplements, or rest activities. To perform an action, press and hold the left mouse button on the desired card. Then, you will drag and drop it into the center area of the screen. Once a card is activated, the character will perform the corresponding move. The muscle stats will change immediately.
Stamina bar
Each training card consumes a certain amount of stamina. If your stamina bar runs out, you cannot perform any more actions that day. You must end your turn to start a new day. Always keep an eye on the on-screen indicators to make the most accurate decisions.
Fatigue index
The game simulates muscle fatigue through the fatigue stat. If you push your character too hard with heavy-duty cards, this index will skyrocket. If fatigue exceeds the safety threshold, the character risks a serious injury and won't be able to train for several days. This forces you to think like a real coach. You have to know when to push the intensity and when to let the character rest or use recovery cards.
