GO THROUGH THE VAST UNIVERSE
To start a flight, players simply need to left-click. As soon as the launch command is activated, the main engines ignite and propel the rocket into the sky. However, the key difference between an amateur pilot and a pro is the skill of stage separation. Rockets in Lift Off 2 consist of multiple stages. When the fuel stage is depleted, you must click again to discard it. This makes the rocket lighter and provides a powerful speed boost. A gauge with different colored zones will appear on the screen. You need to time your click perfectly within the darkest green area (the perfect spot). If you separate too early, the rocket won't have enough thrust to overcome gravity. Conversely, if you hesitate too long, the rocket may explode, and the mission will fail immediately.
Upgrade system
Players can customize everything from thrusters and fuel tanks to aerodynamic fairings. Each upgrade brings noticeable results. The ship can fly faster, consume less fuel, and withstand high pressure in the upper atmosphere. The game encourages you to perform multiple test launches to understand the mechanics of each rocket stage.
